GAIL DAVIES obtained her Law Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1985 and the following year became a Member of the Law Society of B.C. She worked with a downtown firm for two years and opened her own office on Broadway in 1987. The firm that started as G. Davies & Company in 1987 has grown to two lawyers and ten employees and has now changed its name to Landmark Law Group. Gail's areas of practice include real estate, corporate, wills and estates. She is a member of the Real Estate Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. In her spare time, Gail dabbles in real estate development. She is also a keen woodworker and has her own workshop.
Richard Gareau was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000. Prior to his call he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. Richard completed his articles in Kamloops and in 2001 moved back to the Lower Mainland, where he was born and raised.
Richard's practice is solicitor based, with an emphasis on real property transactions. Previously, Richard had a mixed solicitor's and barrister's practice and has appeared before courts of all levels in British Columbia.
Outside of the office, Richard enjoys spending time skiing, golfing, cycling, and playing lacrosse.
